Friendly and helpful family-run establishment. Comfortable bed and tasty breakfast omelette. Great base for sightseeing in Vietnam.

Everything was superb, ideal place to stay. The staff were happy to help, I really enjoyed it. Service was EFFICIENT as was the late check-out experience. Very new decor in the rooms, luxury bathroom. An outdoor restaurant offered vegetarian meals.

The room was super clean and comfortable with a large double bed. The location - slightly out of the center and close to various attractions - was perfect for us. We hired a scooter and had the opportunity to explore. The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating - even giving us a present when we left. Can't recommend highly enough.

Whenever I visit Ninh Binh, I always stay at this wonderful place. The staff here is so kind, especially towards my old parents. It has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and laundry. Coming back for Christmas!

During my recent trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a charming bungalow near Thung Nham bird sanctuary. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with all the modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. The highlight was the breathtaking lake view from my room, which provided a picturesque backdrop for countless beautiful photos. Additionally, the location of the bungalow was perfect, with easy walking distance to both Tam Coc and Bich Dong pagoda.
